These terms and conditions of purchase (hereinafter the "General Conditions") regulate the legal relationship arising from the purchase and sale processes carried out by the customer or user on the website with the URL www.ariasregocontemporary.com, owned by Sofía Arias Rego, representing Arias Rego Contemporary, with NIF 05313144Y, and located at c/ San Romualdo 26, 28037 Madrid.
The customer accepts the General Conditions from the moment they contract the service or purchase any product offered on the website.

Additionally, Arias Rego Contemporary makes available to its customers the email address info@ariasregocontemporary.com for any questions regarding these General Terms and Conditions.
 

1. TICKET PURCHASE
 

1.1. To purchase tickets for an Arias Rego Contemporary event, you must be over 18 years of age. The customer declares that the data and information provided to Arias Rego Contemporary are truthful and up-to-date.

1.2. The customer can purchase tickets through the website www.ariasregocontemporary.com/tickets.

1.3. The purchase of the selected products or events offered on the website will be carried out in accordance with these general terms and conditions.

1.4. To place an order through the Arias Rego Contemporary website, the user must access the website www.ariasregocontemporary.com, and registration as a user by completing the electronic form is necessary before beginning the purchase process. Once registered, the user can proceed with the purchase process for the selected product(s) added to the cart or continue browsing to add new products.

1.5. After registration and selection of all desired products, which must be displayed in the cart, the purchase proceeds to the payment method selection screen.

1.6. Once the order and payment have been made, Arias Rego Contemporary will send an email confirmation of the order, providing tickets in PDF format where applicable, which can be downloaded by the purchaser or user.
The order confirmation will be effective upon sending. In the event the order cannot be processed due to an issue, Arias Rego Contemporary will contact the customer by email as soon as possible.
 

2. PRICES
 

2.1. The price of the tickets includes the corresponding VAT and will be indicated in the order and/or invoice. VAT is the responsibility of the buyer.

2.2. General admission tickets are priced at 7 EUROS, and reduced admission tickets (for individuals over 65 and students with valid, up-to-date national or international student IDs) are priced at 5 EUROS. Children under 12 years old can access the event for free.

2.3. Users who qualify for reduced admission must present the necessary documentation to prove their eligibility for the corresponding group when entering the event.
 

3. PAYMENT OF ORDER(S)
 

3.1. Payment for the products purchased will be made using the payment systems listed in the payment methods section of our online store.

3.2. Arias Rego Contemporary only accepts payments in Euros.

3.3. If payment is made by credit card, you must provide credit card details when placing the order. Only secure card payments are accepted, in which the cardholder’s identity is authenticated according to the method established by your bank, through the secure e-commerce service ("Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode").

3.4. Arias Rego Contemporary uses the integrated payment gateway system provided by WIX.com, ensuring secure payments.
 

4. SATISFACTION OR RETURN POLICY
 

4.1. Tickets purchased from Arias Rego Contemporary are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6.1. Arias Rego Contemporary reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website www.ariasregocontemporary.com (modifications to products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions) at any time.

6.2. Arias Rego Contemporary makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information displayed on its website is accurate and free from typographical errors. In the event of such an error, beyond the control of Arias Rego Contemporary, it will be corrected immediately upon detection.

6.3. The information presented on this website is available in both Spanish and English, including the conclusion of the contract and all contractual information shown and sent to consumers or users. In case of discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version will prevail.

The customer or consumer accepts that Arias Rego Contemporary may store, process, and use the data obtained from the order form for the purpose of processing the order. By providing their email address or other personal data, a requirement necessary for processing their order, the customer also gives permission for these addresses to be processed and used to send promotional communications, newsletters, or advertising related to products offered by Arias Rego Contemporary.

8. FORCE MAJEURE
 

Arias Rego Contemporary will do everything possible to fulfill the obligations set forth in these terms and conditions. However, Arias Rego Contemporary is not responsible if non-compliance is due to causes considered force majeure.
 

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
 

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of the contract will be interpreted based on Spanish law. Additionally, for the resolution of any disputes, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Capital).
